The problem
A 10-person accounting firm was manually copying invoice data between three systems every week — a Friday afternoon ritual that ate 3 hours per staff member.
What we built
Built an n8n workflow that extracts invoice data using OCR + GPT-4, validates it against their client database, and pushes it directly into QuickBooks. Exceptions get flagged for human review; routine invoices process automatically.

Automated scheduling and job dispatch
The problem
The owner was spending 2–3 hours every Monday manually scheduling jobs for the week, cross-referencing technician availability, location, and equipment requirements in a spreadsheet.
What we built
Built a custom scheduling tool that pulls from their job board, technician calendars, and GPS zones — and generates an optimized weekly schedule in one click. Technicians get SMS notifications automatically.
